The Guided Package is a structured development system that shapes your learning entirely around you, keeps track of it and steps in with direction when you need it — on the web and in the mobile app, with your guide cat Koko and a coach beside you.

Every day, that day’s episode opens in four phases, right on time. You practice, you submit, the questions you missed come back at the end of the same day — and your plan updates around how you did.
Meet the day’s new structures, words and expressions. There is no clock and no hearts to lose in this phase — you go entirely at your own pace, with nothing to fear from a mistake.
Now you produce what you met in the morning: say it into the microphone, build the sentence, fill the gap, type it from memory. The clock and the hearts are live now — what counts is correct output, not raw speed.
The fastest phase of the day. Timers shrink, questions come one after another, and there is only one question left: can you produce it fast enough, without thinking?
You put the day’s material to work in real-life scenarios — and every question you missed that day is brought back to you here, one by one. The episode is complete when this phase is.
Each of the four phases targets a different skill and uses a different kind of drill. The names below are the real exercises you meet inside the lessons.
Four realms and the 40+ lesson types inside them cover every core area of the language — all of it in short, targeted sessions that compound over time.
Everything you need to know about the Guided Package.
The lessons, the four realms and the daily four-phase rhythm are identical in both — what Guided adds is a person. Three differences: you can write 3 messages a week to your coach and get answers; your coach reviews your performance and gives you personal feedback; and your plan is refreshed around your weekly performance rather than monthly. Chat with Koko (coming soon) also unlocks with Guided.
Coach support is written: you message your coach from the chat tab on the website or from the app, and your coach replies. On Guided you get 3 messages a week (on Mentorship it is unlimited). This is not a live class — live one-to-one conversation comes with the mentor sessions in the Mentorship package.
That day’s episode opens in four phases at 08:00, 12:00, 16:00 and 20:00 (Türkiye time) and takes 20-30 minutes in total. The phases open in order — the next one waits for the current one — but a phase that has opened never closes again; you can do it whenever you want, even the next day.
On Guided you can see the next 7 days of lessons. That is deliberate: because your plan is retuned weekly, the window ahead of you is exactly as wide as what your coach may change for you that week. Holding your focus on a one-week horizon works better than staring at a month-long list.
Every time you finish a phase, your correct/incorrect ratio, your time, how often you replayed it and which questions you missed are all recorded. Your coach sees that data: which lesson type you are weak in and which skill is lagging becomes clear, and the focus of your work is changed accordingly. The larger monthly plan rebuild happens as well.
A total of 20-30 minutes a day. Because the four phases open separately through the day you can do them in one sitting or spread them out — spreading them out is more effective for retention.
No lesson is lost; episodes that have opened stay open and you carry on from where you stopped. Your daily streak is protected too: every 7-day run earns a snowflake ❄ (up to 3 in reserve) and a missed day is covered by one automatically; if the streak breaks anyway you have 24 hours to win it back. And if you disappear for a while, your coach sees it and calls you back.
Yes. The second and fourth phase of every day contain microphone production drills, and the system is built around reflex building, fast thinking, natural expression and pronunciation. On Guided your coach’s feedback is added on top: it is not only the system telling you what you are getting wrong, but a person too.
Chat with Koko is an AI-powered feature that lets you practise by writing in English with your guide cat Koko, and it is coming soon. It will be limited for Guided members and unlimited for Mentorship members. It is not live yet today, so we would not recommend choosing a package for it.
Yes. At 20-30 minutes a day with no fixed hour to be at, it is sustainable even at a demanding pace. And Guided’s one-week horizon makes it easier to keep your plan realistic through a busy week.
On three levels: the Fluency XRAY meter shows how you are growing across the four fluency skills; every session records accuracy, speed and replay data; and each month a progress report is prepared and, once a coach has approved it, emailed to you.
You choose how many months you want at checkout (1-12 months; 5% off at 3, 15% off at 6, 40% off at 12). There is no auto-renewing subscription; nothing is charged on its own when the period ends. In the transition window afterwards you keep seeing the lessons that had already opened for you.
You keep the flexibility of working on your own without being on your own. The whole system is open to you exactly as in Core, with a coach you can reach every week, personal feedback and a plan that is retuned weekly added on top.
